1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product was cancelled before shipping (see Cancellation Policy).
The returned product meets the conditions listed in our Return Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
The product has been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
Custom or special-order items unless they are damaged or defective.
Returns requested after the return window (7 days).
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
We will inspect the returned product once it reaches our facility.
Upon successful inspection, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
4. Refund Timeline
Prepaid Orders (Online Payments): Refunds will be credited within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
5. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
In some cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
