At Motoworld – The Racing Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You received the wrong product.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
Items without the original packaging, tags, accessories, or invoice.
Customized, special-order, or clearance products.
Returns requested after the 7-day window.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include images of the product if damaged/defective.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping
For eligible returns, we may arrange a pickup via our logistics partners.
In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned items undergo quality inspection.
Once approved, you may choose between a replacement, or refund (as per our Refund Policy).
- Replacement and Exchange policy
We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
